Greg Hilty
Greg is Director of plusequals. He played a central role in arts funding and strategic planning at London Arts and Arts Council England from 1999-2004, following his fifteen-year career as a curator and commissioner of contemporary art starting at Riverside Studios in Hammersmith. At the Hayward Gallery he was responsible for a series of major British and international group shows and initiated pioneering exhibitions of contemporary film, fashion and sound art. He writes regularly about contemporary culture in exhibition publications, magazines and newspapers.

Mike Matfin
As Director of Enterprise at University of the Arts London, Mike contributes strategic, business and financial support to plusequals. His department oversees a growing range of initiatives successfully bridging the academic and business worlds. Mike is a member of the UniversityÕs Enterprise Board, Investment Panel and Research Standards and Development Committee and the board of the Centre for Creative Business.

Frederique Peroy
Frederique is IP Development Manager at the University of the Arts, London. She advises on rights, royalties and all other aspects of the intellectual property of plusequals and its projects. Following a short spell in publishing as a sales executive, Frederique spent 4 years as a Marketing and Legal Manager in the entertainment industry, coordinating development of the 'Smiley' brand in 35 countries. She was subsequently headhunted in 2000 as a Licensee Manager for Umbro.com, the online arm of Umbro International Holdings.
